1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

2. Order Issues & Support
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within a short time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

REYAMUR is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues whenever possible.
